Job summary

HXP Labour Solutions Pty Ltd in Cape Town is seeking an Inventory Controller to manage and track stock across the business, ensuring accurate records and timely movements.

You will work with procurement, warehousing and operations to forecast stock, reconcile variances, and maintain strong inventory controls. Proficiency in Excel and inventory systems is preferred.

This role requires detail orientation, good numeracy, and the ability to work independently to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Monitor stock levels and highlight shortages, excess stock, and slow-moving items.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, sales, and operations teams to ensure stock availability.
• Maintain accurate inventory documentation and reporting.
• Assist with stock forecasting and replenishment planning.
• Ensure inventory procedures and controls are consistently followed.
