Job summary

Premier FMCG in Parow Industria is seeking an Inventory Supervisor to lead daily stock control, ensure accurate records, and coordinate with procurement and logistics to maintain optimal inventory levels.

The role requires 3–5 years in inventory or warehouse environments, WMS exposure, and strong Excel skills. Willingness to work in a fast-paced warehouse and to operate in a supervisory capacity is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of inventory, warehouse, or stock control experience.
• WMS experience and computer literate.
• Grade 12 advantageous.
• Additional qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Inventory Management advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily inventory operations and warehouse stock control activities.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records of all stock transactions.
• Ensure stock is received, stored, and dispatched according to company procedures.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, shortages, and variances.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, logistics, and sales teams to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Develop and implement inventory control procedures and best practices.
• Prepare inventory reports and analyze stock trends to support business decisions.
• Assist with forecasting inventory requirements and maintaining optimal stock levels.
