Job summary

Winning Form is seeking a Stock Controller for our Durban on-site facility. You will ensure requisitions are correctly completed and authorized, guide stock picking, maintain bin cards, and communicate shortages to the buying team.

Responsibilities include receiving stock, verifying quality and quantity, updating records, and assisting with monthly stock counts and audits. The role requires 1 year of stock control experience and basic computer skills (MS Office, Pastel advantageous).

Qualifications

• Computer literacy including MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• 1 year stock control experience or more.
• Matric. Advantaged: Pastel knowledge.
• Advantageous: experience in commercial printing/signage.

Responsibilities

• Ensure stock requisitions are completed and authorized.
• Receive stock, check quality/quantity, notify shortages.
• Maintain neatly stored and labeled stock; update bin cards.
• Assist with monthly stock counts and audits; support housekeeping and archiving.
• Ad-hoc duties as required by management.
