Job summary

Macsteel Service Centres SA (Pty) Ltd in Gauteng invites experienced Inventory Controller to ensure accurate stock records, conduct cycle counts, process stock adjustments and investigate discrepancies. You will collaborate with Supply Chain, Procurement and Warehousing to maintain inventory integrity.

The role requires a National Senior Certificate and a relevant NQF7/Advanced Diploma, plus 3+ years in inventory control, SAP experience and advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications

• National Senior Certificate is required.
• NQF Level 7 or Advanced Diploma in Supply Chain is required.
• Minimum 3 years in inventory control, materials management or supply chain.
• SAP experience and advanced Excel skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform stock counts and cycle counts.
• Process stock adjustments and report discrepancies.
• Assist with reconciliations and variance investigations.
• Ensure stock activities comply with safety and quality standards.
• Prepare inventory-related administration and reporting.
