Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory management or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory management software.
• Knowledge of supply chain processes and procedures.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate stock.
• Track stock movements and update inventory records in the system.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Conduct regular stock audits to identify discrepancies and take corrective actions.
• Generate reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and issues or concerns.
• Collaborate with other departments to forecast inventory needs and plan for future orders.
• Implement and maintain inventory management policies and procedures.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in inventory management.
• Train and supervise junior inventory staff as needed.
