Responsibilities

• Record all stock movements and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Perform regular stock checks and report any discrepancies to management.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of stock.
• Assist in the preparation of purchase orders and invoices.
• Communicate with other departments to ensure stock levels meet production and sales demands.
• Conduct regular stock audits to identify slow-moving or obsolete stock.
• Assist in the implementation of inventory management systems and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the handling and storage of stock.
