Placements24 in Polokwane, Limpopo, seeks an experienced Warehouse Logistics Supervisor to oversee operations, manage inventory, and coordinate inbound and outbound logistics. You will lead a team, ensure accurate shipments, and drive safety and efficiency within the facility.

The role requires hands‑on leadership, strong knowledge of WMS, forklift experience, and commitment to high standards. Based at the Polokwane site, you will mentor staff and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in warehouse operations with 1+ year in supervision.
• Proven experience with inventory management and WMS.
• Strong understanding of safety procedures and regulations.
• Experience operating forklifts and warehouse machinery.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities: receiving, inventory, picking, packing, shipping.
• Ensure timely processing of inbound and outbound shipments.
• Manage inventory levels, conduct stock counts, reduce discrepancies.
• Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff toward targets.
• Enforce safety policies for a secure workplace.
• Operate and oversee forklifts and related equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility.
• Utilize WMS for tracking inventory and operations.
• Collaborate with transport planners for goods movement.
• Identify process improvements to cut costs and boost efficiency.
