Job summary

Sun International in Sandton seeks an International Sales Manager to grow the group’s international market share and revenue by guiding the international sales process, developing key international accounts, and building strategic trade partnerships.

You will execute plans across priority source markets, manage relationships with tour operators and other international partners, and drive sustainable inbound business while collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Travel & Tourism, Business Management or related field (required).
• 8–10 years’ experience in international sales and marketing within hospitality.
• 3–5 years’ experience managing international key accounts and trade partnerships.
• Proven track record in international sales and revenue generation.
• Established relationships with inbound tour operators.
• Experience negotiating commercial agreements and contracts with international clients.
• Exposure to diverse international market segments and cultural protocols.
• Experience using CRM and business intelligence/reporting tools (Power BI, Databricks).
• Experience managing sales and marketing budgets and delivering revenue targets.
