Job summary

Hewitt Colenbrander Recruitment in Gauteng is seeking a Sales Administrator to manage the full sales process, from enquiry to delivery, and to prepare quotations and production instructions. The role requires strong coordination with Production, Logistics, Finance and suppliers.

The successful candidate will track orders, update customers on progress, follow up on quotations and identify new sales opportunities, while maintaining accurate sales records and supporting stock control and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience managing full sales process from enquiry to delivery.
• Ability to prepare quotations, orders and production instructions.
