Job summary

Hired Recruitment (Pty) Ltd is seeking an organised Internal Sales Representative for Alrode, Alberton. You will handle customer enquiries by phone and email, and help customers identify the products they need.

You will prepare quotations, follow up on outstanding quotes and process customer orders, check pricing and lead times with relevant teams, and keep customers informed about order progress and delivery dates.

Qualifications

• Previous internal sales, sales administration or customer service experience.
• Experience in packaging, manufacturing or industrial products would be an advantage.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Good computer skills and confidence with quotations, orders and spreadsheets.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage several enquiries at once.

Salary: R12 000 – R14 000 per month

Our client supplies sealing solutions for containers, including cap liners, induction seals, lidding films and pre-cut liners. They are looking for an organised Internal Sales Representative who enjoys working with customers and can manage enquiries, quotations and orders accurately.
