Job summary

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Internal Recruiter / Recruitment Researcher to support recruitment activities for UK-based clients. The successful candidate will focus on candidate sourcing, CV screening and recruitment research, identifying suitable talent and building strong candidate pipelines to support the recruitment process.

Source candidates through LinkedIn and portals, review CVs, engage candidates, maintain databases and support reporting in an international

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, candidate sourcing or recruitment research.
• Strong CV screening and candidate identification abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple vacancies.
• Experience recruiting for UK-based clients would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, online job portals and other recruitment platforms.
• Conduct targeted candidate searches for UK-based vacancies.
• Review and screen CVs against job specifications.
• Identify, approach and engage suitable candidates.
• Build and maintain candidate databases and talent pipelines.
• Conduct market research to identify potential candidates and talent pools.
• Support the internal recruitment team with candidate shortlisting.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment systems.
• Assist with recruitment administration and reporting as required.
