Job summary

Mirror Images, an ICT Solutions Company in Cape Town's Airport Industria, is seeking an Internal Consumables Sales and Lead Generation Consultant for Office Automation consumables, AI, telephony and power solutions.

The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, prospecting, client visits, preparing quotations, negotiating pricing and contracts, and maintaining an accurate sales pipeline while coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B consumables sales and account management in office automation or related industries.
• Proven ability in prospecting, lead generation, pipeline management and closing deals.
• Strong business communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and basic reporting tools.
• Understanding of office automation consumables and matching client needs.
• Ability to work independently on-site and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Previous proven market experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage new business opportunities for consumables and meet sales targets.
• Prospect, visit clients, present solutions, prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and contracts, and maintain an accurate sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and excellent customer service.
• Monitor market trends and provide feedback to improve product offerings and prepare regular sales reports.
