Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.

• Experience in internal audit or assurance is advantageous.
• Pre-sales experience with complex B2B software is a plus.
• Excellent customer service and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Pre-sales: understand PwC/TeamMate initiatives and demonstrate how solutions address client needs.
• Implementation: collect requirements, identify risks, tailor configurations to client processes.
• Training: train end-users before go-live.
• Support: provide ad-hoc client support.
• Collaboration: share expertise and work with team to meet goals.
