Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sales activities; understand PwC, TeamMate and client needs.
• Conduct business analysis, gather requirements and discuss risk mitigation.
• Train customers on software functionality prior to go-live.
• Provide ad-hoc customer support and ensure client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with teams to meet quality, timelines and deliverables.
