TFG is seeking a role within Merchandise Planning and Allocation to support stock allocation, replenishment and execution of the Merchandise Strategy across stores. The position emphasizes accuracy, Excel-based analysis and collaborative work with stores, suppliers and the Distribution Centre.

The role involves monitoring stock levels, analysing sales and store performance data to anticipate stock needs and ensure timely deliveries. Strong numeracy, attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

Formación

• Relevant qualification in retail management, business management or supply chain management.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Exposure to a retail or stock management environment is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with implementing the Merchandise Strategy through stock allocation and replenishment activities.
• Support monitoring stock levels and merchandise movement across stores.

• Track stock deliveries and follow up on delays or discrepancies.
• Support stock management by identifying and reporting stock-related issues.
• Assist with preparing reports and maintaining accurate stock and allocation records.
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the Merchandise Planning and Allocation teams.

Qualifications

A relevant qualification in Retail Management, Business Management, Supply Chain Management or a related field.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel

Previous exposure to a retail or stock management environment would be advantageous.
