Job summary

Indsafri is seeking an Intermediate-Senior Salesforce Developer with FSC expertise to design, develop, and optimize Salesforce solutions. You will implement Apex classes/triggers, LWC components, and OmniStudio modules while aligning with security, data integrity, and deployment best practices.

You will collaborate with analysts, architects, and product teams, participate in testing, and mentor junior developers to promote high-quality code and scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or related field.
• 3–7+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Triggers.
• Experience with FSC configuration, custom objects, validation rules, and automation.
• Integration experience using REST/SOAP APIs or middleware tools.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, version control (Git), and deployment practices.
• Knowledge of banking or financial services processes is a plus.

Intermediate- Senior Salesforce Developer (FSC)

• Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce applications using:
• Apex classes and triggers
• Visualforce pages (where applicable)
• Implement automation using Salesforce Flows, Workflow Rules, and Process Builder.
• Write reusable, scalable, and maintainable code following Salesforce best practices.
• Configure and customize FSC features, including:
• Household and Account Models
• Financial Accounts and Products
• Referrals, Opportunities, and Cases
• Client Onboarding and Engagement Workflows
• Optimize FSC implementation to support business processes, compliance, and reporting requirements.

3. Salesforce Configuration & OmniStudio

• Configure Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, and page layouts.
• Develop OmniStudio components including OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, and DataRaptors.
• Support process automation and digital workflow implementations.

4. Integration & APIs

• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST, SOAP, or middleware solutions.
• Ensure secure and reliable data exchange across systems.

5. Testing & Deployment

• Participate in unit testing, UAT, and production support.
