Boardroom Appointments is seeking a Senior Manager - Integrated Media Planning to lead the development and execution of the media and channel integration strategy, aligning with the corporate plan and brand.

You will direct a cross-functional team, manage budgets, and engage with C-suite stakeholders while driving innovation in media practices, including digital marketing capabilities.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years experience in Media or Channel Strategy environment.
• 3-4 years management experience.
• Experience in financial services (Advantageous).

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of the Media and Channel Integration strategy, ensuring alignment with wider corporate strategy.
• Communicate actions needed to implement the strategy and brand plans; inspire commitment across teams.
• Oversee effective creation, implementation, and maintenance of Media and Channel Integration strategies to achieve ROI and brand presence.
• Manage and optimise budgets to deliver against business objectives.
• Ensure integration of media strategy with the overall brand strategy across partnerships.
• Manage stakeholders up to C-suite level and lead engagement plans with Marketing Managers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
• Oversee media buying and partner relationships; negotiate service-level agreements.
• Implement innovation processes and stay up to date with media market developments.
• Lead a diverse team, set objectives, monitor performance, and implement corrective actions.
• Contribute to the digital marketing roadmap, enablement strategies, and capability building.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Marketing/Media/Advertising
