You will be responsible for engaging with potential customers through various inbound and outbound channels, understanding their needs, explaining policy benefits, and closing sales. Training and ongoing support will be provided to ensure your success. Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in insurance or a related field.
• Completed RE5 qualification and relevant NQF Level 4 credits in Short-Term Insurance are essential.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
