Qualifications

• Grade 12 completed with RE5.
• 3–5 years in insurance and sales, preferably retentions.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory/management experience in a sales-driven environment.
• Strong knowledge of insurance products, processes and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and support the Retentions team to hit targets.
• Monitor performance, productivity, quality and conversion rates.
• Coach consultants to improve sales and retention outcomes.
• Conduct regular one-on-ones and performance discussions.
• Identify gaps and implement coaching and action plans.
• Handle escalated client queries, complaints and complex cases.
• Drive retention strategies by spotting cancellation risks and opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with policies,Regulatory standards and quality.
• Monitor call quality and process adherence.
• Analyse team performance and report insights to management.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve client experience.
• Maintain a high-performance, accountable team culture.
