Placements24 is seeking a detail-oriented Policy Administrator in Welkom, Free State to manage insurance policies and maintain accurate records across the full policy lifecycle. You will collaborate with sales, claims, and customer service teams to support issuance, renewals, and endorsements.

Qualifications

• Experience in an administrative role, preferably within the insurance industry.
• Strong data entry and management using administrative software.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Effective communication with colleagues and external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Welkom business environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process new insurance policy applications, renewals, and endorsements accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain and update policyholder records in the company's database system.
• Generate policy documents, certificates, and other correspondence for clients and internal teams.
• Respond to administrative queries from clients and internal departments regarding policy details.
• Liaise with the sales team to ensure all necessary information is captured for policy issuance.
• Assist in preparing reports on policy administration activities and KPIs.
