Placements24 is assisting an established insurer in Paarl to hire an experienced Insurance Claims Manager. In this hybrid role, you will lead a team of claims adjusters and support staff, overseeing end-to-end claims from reporting to settlement while ensuring compliance and high service standards.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Law, at least 6 years in claims management, and strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in insurance claims management with leadership.
• Strong understanding of various insurance lines (short-term, long-term) and claims investigation techniques.
