Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in instructional design and e-learning development with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and multimedia software.
• Understanding of LMS and best practices for web-based training.
