Qualifications

• 4+ years in inside sales, sales development, revenue operations, or similar commercial role.
• 2+ years managing or coaching a sales team.
• Proven experience improving follow-up, pipeline conversion, show rates, or sales cycle performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead inbound follow-up and mid-funnel activities with SDRs and Sales Associates.
• Coach team, establish cadence standards, and maintain CRM hygiene.
