Job summary

PG Group (Pty) Ltd is seeking a results-driven Sales Support role to process orders in SAP, provide excellent customer service, and support the achievement of sales targets. The successful candidate will actively promote products and services and build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

The role requires Matric with a Marketing background being desirable; prior experience in a glass environment is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Matric is required.
• Marketing Diploma or Degree is desirable.
• Experience in glass industry or similar sales environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process all orders accurately and on time in SAP to support service excellence.
• Active up-selling of products and services during daily customer interactions.
