Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3-5 years of product development and mechanical design.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software (SolidWorks, Inventor) and 3D printing for rapid prototyping.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes relevant to product realization.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the mechanical design and development of new products, from concept through to production.
• Create detailed CAD models, drawings, and specifications for components and assemblies.
• Build and test prototypes, validating designs through rigorous testing and analysis.
• Collaborate with manufacturing engineers to ensure designs are producible, cost-effective, and meet quality standards.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation.
