Job summary

The Working Earth is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to own day-to-day operations for a Johannesburg inner-city residential portfolio. You will coordinate utility management, support reporting, and drive operational delivery across tenant engagement, lease administration, occupancy growth and collections.

Responsibilities include payment arrangements, AOD negotiations, utility billing, metering, municipal reconciliations, inspections, vendor follow-ups and regular portfolio reporting.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years' directly relevant residential property management or building management experience.
• Proven arrears and collections capability.
• Strong Excel and reporting skills.
• A valid driver’s license with reliable own transport.
• Utility management and inner-city / affordable residential experience advantageous.

Responsibilities
