Placements24 in South Africa is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to oversee critical infrastructure projects in Paarl. You will lead planning, execution, and delivery of civil and digital initiatives on-site, coordinating engineers, contractors, and authorities to ensure safety, quality, and environmental compliance.

The role requires 6+ years in infrastructure projects, strong budgeting and risk skills, and hands-on site leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 6 years' experience in managing infrastructure projects (roads, utilities, facilities).
• Proven experience in contract negotiation, budget management, and risk assessment for large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, engineering principles, and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills with a focus on site management.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of infrastructure projects from feasibility to closeout.
