Job summary

Copper Quail, a leading corporate finance advisory firm in Johannesburg, seeks an experienced Project Finance / Infrastructure Advisory Senior Manager to lead execution and origination of complex infrastructure and project finance transactions across energy, water and transport.

Key responsibilities include managing client relationships, leading multidisciplinary teams, supervising financial models, preparing investment papers, and supporting business development.

Qualifications

• CA(SA), CFA, MBA or Finance-related degree.
• 6–10 years' experience in project finance, infrastructure advisory or corporate finance.
• Strong experience in project finance, debt raising, refinancing, PPPs and infrastructure transactions.
• Advanced financial modelling and Excel skills.
• Proven client management, transaction execution and leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead project finance, debt raising, refinancing and infrastructure advisory transactions.
• Manage client relationships and coordinate multidisciplinary transaction teams.
• Oversee complex financial models, transaction analysis and due diligence.
• Prepare and review investment papers, information memoranda and financing materials.
• Support business development, proposals and transaction origination.
• Mentor and develop junior team members.
