Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of project-management experience in engineering, mining or drilling environments.
• BSc or BEng in Engineering or related technical field.
• Professional Engineer registration or eligibility with a recognised engineering body (e.g., ECSA).
• Advanced knowledge of project-management principles, tools and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop integrated project plans, schedules, budgets and delivery strategies.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, operations, contractors and other project disciplines.
• Monitor project progress against scope, schedule, cost, risk and quality requirements.
• Lead project governance, stakeholder communication and structured reporting.
• Manage project risks, changes, dependencies and corrective actions.
• Ensure engineering deliverables meet applicable technical standards.
• Drive effective communication between internal teams, contractors, suppliers and client stakeholders.
• Support project close-out, handover and lessons-learned processes.
