Candidates should possess a completed National Diploma, B.Tech, or Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. An experience of 10-15 years in project delivery is essential, along with strong leadership and commercial management skills.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in multi-disciplinary construction or infrastructure project delivery.
• Proven track record of managing projects from inception to commissioning.
• Strong experience with NEC, FIDIC, or JBCC frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale projects with accountability from mobilization to close-out.
• Approve integrated project baselines to manage risks.
• Direct the project’s commercial position and manage claims.
