Job summary

Jendamark GmbH seeks an Industrial Engineer to drive digital manufacturing projects and process improvements on customer sites. You will analyse operational processes, implement software tools, and collaborate with clients to realise measurable gains in efficiency and productivity.

The role emphasizes hands-on configuration, testing, user training, and post-implementation support within manufacturing environments. Some travel to sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Formal education as listed; bachelor’s degree required in IE or related field.
• PM certification is advantageous and English proficiency mandatory.
• Driver’s Licence Code 8 is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site assessments to map processes and identify digitalisation opportunities.
• Assist in configuring, deploying and testing software solutions for customers.
• Engage with customers to gather requirements and present solutions.
• Support change management and train end-users on new systems.
• Provide post-implementation support and performance reporting.
• Lead improvement initiatives and document project activities.
• Travel to customer sites as needed, up to 30–40% historically.
