Job summary

Jendamark Automation seeks a customer-facing engineer who bridges the gap between clients and our engineering floor. You will translate customer problems into actionable briefs and work with the team to design engines, EV lines, and automation solutions.

You own the concept from first discussion to signed order, and will present it to international customers, negotiating to win profitable contracts. The role offers dynamic learning with growth into leadership.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or diploma in a relevant field.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings.
• Strong English communication, written and spoken.
• Interest in how things are made with a hands-on approach.

Responsibilities

• Act as the liaison between customers and our engineering floor to translate problems into engineering briefs.
• Collaborate with mechanical, electrical and innovation teams to design solutions.
• Develop concepts from initial conversation through to order signing.
• Present and defend concepts to customers and negotiate towards an order.
• Ensure smooth handover to project and engineering teams for execution.
• Maintain ongoing contact with customers for non-routine support.
