Job summary

Responsibilities

• Process Audits & Analysis: map current processes and identify digitalisation opportunities.
• Software Implementation Support: configure, deploy and test software solutions.
• Customer Engagement: gather requirements, conduct reviews, present proposals.
• Change Management: support adoption of new systems and processes.
• Training & Handover: deliver user training and create documentation.
• Post-Implementation Support: provide ongoing technical and operational support.
• Process Optimisation Projects: lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Documentation: maintain records of activities and changes.
• Software Testing: collaborate with dev teams for new functionalities.
• Travel Expectations: possible international travel up to 40% historically.
