Responsibilities

• Conduct site assessments to map current processes and identify digitalisation opportunities.
• Assist in configuring, deploying, and testing software solutions per customer requirements.
• Engage with customers to gather requirements, perform process reviews, and present solutions proposals.
• Support change management, training, and handover activities for smooth implementation.
• Provide post-implementation technical and operational support and drive continuous improvement.
