Job summary

JVR Software in Bloemfontein is seeking an Industrial Relations professional to guide managers through fair and consistent IR processes and to investigate workplace matters.

You will coordinate disciplinary hearings, grievances and dispute preparation, maintain confidential IR records, and monitor case deadlines while upholding South African labour legislation and fair employment procedures.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years’ relevant Industrial Relations experience.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel between sites.
• Sound knowledge of South African labour legislation and fair employment procedures.
• Practical experience in disciplinary processes, grievances and workplace investigations.
• Experience preparing CCMA and bargaining council matters.
• Strong communication, conflict-resolution and report-writing skills.
• Computer literacy, sound judgement and discretion.
