Placements24 is seeking a Specialist Recruitment Consultant to drive end-to-end recruitment for industrial roles in the Richards Bay area. You will source, screen, interview, and place candidates while building strong client relationships with manufacturers, logistics and engineering firms.

You will leverage your industry knowledge and proactive sourcing to fill roles efficiently, delivering excellent candidate experiences and contributing to the success of the industrial practice.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in recruitment, preferably in industrial sectors.
• Solid understanding of industrial roles, terminology and market trends.
• Strong interviewing, communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for industrial roles across Richards Bay.
• Develop sourcing strategies to attract candidates for hard-to-fill positions.
• Build and maintain relationships with key industrial clients.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from contact to placement.
• Keep up-to-date with KwaZulu-Natal market trends and salary benchmarks.
• Utilise CRM systems to track progress and candidate data.
• Provide exceptional service to clients and candidates, supporting team goals.
