Placements24 is seeking an experienced Industrial Project Engineer to manage multiple engineering initiatives at our Mahikeng facilities. You will plan, execute, and finalize projects on time and within budget, coordinating internal teams and external contractors.

The ideal candidate has a strong PM background, excellent problem-solving, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams. Opportunities for PMP certification and professional development are available, with a collaborative team

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop full-scale project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
• Coordinate and manage internal resources and third parties/vendors for execution.
• Track project progress, manage changes in scope, and devise contingency plans.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Conduct post-mortems and create lessons-learned reports.
