The ideal candidate has a BEng in Industrial Engineering, 5+ years of industrial engineering experience, and at least 3 years in a lead or PM role,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in industrial engineering, with at least 3 years in a project management or lead engineer role.
• Proven experience managing complex engineering projects within manufacturing or operations.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, Agile) and tools.
• Proficiency in process analysis, optimization techniques, and relevant engineering software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage industrial engineering projects, from scope definition and planning to execution and closure.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, identifying resource requirements and potential risks.
• Coordinate with internal departments, external vendors, and contractors to ensure project objectives are met.
