Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years progressive experience in industrial engineering, with at least 3 years in a project management capacity.
• Proven experience managing large-scale industrial or manufacturing projects from start to finish.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (PMI, Agile) and tools.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex industrial engineering projects aligned with strategic objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Coordinate and manage cross-functional project teams with effective communication.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies for successful outcomes.
