Qualifications

• Degree in Industrial/Mechanical/Civil Engineering or related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years in project engineering or management in industrial settings.
• Experience delivering projects from initiation to completion with budget oversight.
• Knowledge of PMI, Agile methodologies and project controls.
• Strong organization, planning and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of industrial projects from scope through closure.
• Develop plans, schedules and budgets with stakeholders.
• Procure and manage resources including personnel and materials.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigations.
• Ensure safety, environmental and quality compliance.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations and procurement teams.
• Present regular project status to senior management.
• Conduct post-project reviews to capture learnings.
• Liaise with external contractors and vendors as needed.
