The ideal candidate has a strong analytical background, hands-on experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma, and a track record of delivering value through process improvements in manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 4 years in industrial engineering focusing on process improvement in manufacturing.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing tools (5S, Kaizen, VSM) and Green Belt Six Sigma.
• Proficient in data analysis and statistical software (Minitab, Excel).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking; good communication.
• Ability to work independently and in teams; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current manufacturing processes to identify bottlenecks and cost reduction opportunities.
• Develop and implement process improvements using Lean and Six Sigma methods.
• Conduct time studies, value stream mapping, and other analyses to optimize workflows.
• Design and implement SPC measures to ensure consistent quality.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and QA to implement changes.
• Maintain process documentation including SOPs and work instructions.
• Monitor KPIs for production efficiency and quality and report progress.
• Support evaluation of new equipment and technologies.
• Assist training of production staff on new processes and best practices.
• Contribute to a safe working environment and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Proven experience with Lean Manufacturing tools (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, VSM) and Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt preferred).
• Proficiency in data analysis and statistical software (e.g., Minitab, Excel).
