Formación

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in plant maintenance in an industrial setting.
• Proficient in mechanical and electrical maintenance with remote diagnostics.
• Experience with CMMS and data analysis.

• Perform remote diagnostics and troubleshooting of industrial machinery and equipment issues using advanced monitoring systems.
• Schedule and oversee preventative maintenance tasks conducted by local site teams or contractors.

• Maintain detailed digital records of all maintenance activities, equipment logs, and repair reports.

• Respond to urgent maintenance requests and manage emergency repairs effectively.

You will be responsible for both preventative maintenance and reactive repairs, troubleshooting issues remotely when possible or coordinating on-site interventions. The ideal candidate will possess a broad skillset covering mechanical, electrical, and possibly basic plumbing and welding, along with strong diagnostic capabilities and a commitment to remote operational efficiency. Requirements

• Qualified Technician with a strong background in industrial mechanical and electrical maintenance.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in plant maintenance within an industrial setting.
• Proven ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues, preferably with remote diagnostic tools.
• Proficiency with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and data analysis.
• Excellent understanding of industrial equipment, including pumps, motors, conveyors, and control systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage tasks remotely.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to travel to Benoni, Gauteng or other specified sites on an as-needed basis.
• Valid driver's license.
