You will analyze existing layouts, design efficient facilities using CAD tools, create 3D models, and collaborate with operations, maintenance, and safety teams to implement improvements.

This on-site role emphasizes safety, ergonomics, space utilization, and capacity gains for our Northern Cape operations.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in industrial engineering, with facility layout design experience.
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) for layouts.
• Strong understanding of material flow, ergonomics, and safety standards.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze existing plant and warehouse layouts to identify inefficiencies and improvement areas.
• Design optimal facility layouts using CAD, considering material flow, equipment placement and workflow.
• Develop 3D models and simulations to visualize changes and assess impact.
• Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and safety teams to incorporate requirements.
• Ensure designs comply with safety regulations, building codes and environmental standards.
• Plan and oversee layout changes, including equipment relocation and infrastructure modifications.
