Job summary

iOCO is seeking a Customer Service Engineer to provide high-quality technical support on site at the SAB Alrode Brewery in Johannesburg. You will diagnose and resolve IT and OT issues, perform proactive maintenance, and ensure security and compliance across both IT and OT environments.

The role emphasizes collaboration with IT, OT, and operations teams, with a focus on minimizing downtime, effective issue resolution, and maintaining service quality in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years IT/OT support experience in industrial or manufacturing settings.
• Experience with on-site technical support and safety/compliance practices.
• Certifications listed are preferred but not required if equivalent experience exists.

Responsibilities

• Rapid Incident Response: provide immediate onsite support to diagnose and resolve issues.
• Security & Compliance: perform proactive monitoring and security checks to reduce risk.
• IT/OT Collaboration: work with IT, OT and operations to resolve issues.
