Job summary

iOCO is hiring a Customer Service Engineer to provide on-site technical support for IT and OT systems at the SAB Alrode Brewery. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain equipment, while coordinating with IT, OT, and operations teams to ensure smooth operation.

The role focuses on proactive maintenance, incident response, and ensuring security and regulatory compliance within a manufacturing environment. Travel between site buildings is required.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity or related field.
• Relevant IT/OT certifications or training may substitute formal education.
• Certifications listed in the qualifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide immediate onsite diagnostics and issue resolution to minimize downtime.
• Perform proactive maintenance, security checks, and compliance tasks.
• Collaborate with IT, OT and operations to ensure integrated resolutions.
• Deliver tailored technical support aligned to operational requirements.
• Assist with device management and deployment across the brewery environment.
