• Self-motivated, innovative, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Operations Manager to optimise machine performance.
• Identify and recommend cost-saving opportunities.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives with the production team.
• Assist operations with process efficiency and asset management.
• Support the maintenance team with planning and scheduling.
• Provide administrative support to Operations and Production Managers.
• Perform ad hoc tasks to support overall business needs.
