Qualifications

• Matric / Grade 12 – Essential.
• B.Eng / B.Tech Industrial Engineering or similar NQF Level 7 qualification or higher – Essential.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Advanced Excel and intermediate AutoCAD skills.
• Must be willing to learn and gain experience within the logistics industry.
• Must be willing to promote and adopt Lean / Continuous Improvement (CIP) methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Use data and analytical techniques to identify areas for increased efficiency and productivity.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives and monitor the quantitative benefits achieved.

• Document, monitor, and communicate project timelines, milestones, and objectives.
• Apply disciplined change management processes to ensure that implemented changes are sustainable.
