Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.
• Basic understanding of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers in analyzing production processes and identifying improvements.
• Support Lean manufacturing technique development and implementation.
• Collect data and perform basic analysis for process performance monitoring.
• Create process documentation including flowcharts and SOPs.
• Participate in site walks and team meetings on projects.
