Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as an Industrial Engineer focusing on production systems.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and principles.
• Proficiency in data analysis, process mapping, and simulation tools.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing tools and techniques is desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems is a plus.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes, workflows, and plant layouts to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Develop and implement improved work methods and operator guidance systems.
• Conduct time and motion studies to establish standard times for production tasks.
• Design and implement systems for material handling and inventory control within the production area.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including production, quality, and maintenance, to address operational issues.
• Utilize data analysis and simulation tools to evaluate potential process improvements.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including flowcharts, SOPs, and standard work instructions.
• Support the implementation of new equipment and technologies on the production floor.

• Ensure adherence to safety and ergonomic standards in the workplace.
