The role drives continuous improvement across manufacturing and business processes using Lean and Six Sigma to boost efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate is a change agent with a passion for optimization, strong analytical skills, and the ability to train and coach employees while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or industrial engineering.
• Proven experience implementing Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma projects.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving techniques.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and drive change across departments in East London.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate continuous improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Analyze operational data to identify root causes of inefficiencies, quality issues, and cost overruns.
• Develop and implement standard work procedures, visual management systems, and performance metrics.
• Conduct process mapping and value stream analysis to identify waste and opportunities for improvement.
